Returns at Zigbuy

At Zigbuy, we strive to make returns simple and transparent. Please read the guidelines below carefully before initiating a return.
You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving your order under EU consumer protection laws. For details, see the steps outlined below.

1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from all or part of the sales agreement without giving any reasons within 14 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
● If you concluded a contract with us as a consumer, or
● If you are a natural person and entrepreneur, but the contract is not of a professional nature for you.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day after you or a designated third party receives the goods. To exercise this right:
● Notify us of your decision via email or the contact form available here or at the bottom of our website.
● Return the goods to us within 14 days of providing your withdrawal notification.

2. Return Shipping Costs

● If the return is due to defective goods or an error by Zigbuy, we will either arrange the return shipping or reimburse your return shipping costs.
● For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and for arranging the return shipping.

3. Return Conditions

Ensure your return meets the following conditions:
● The product is unused and undamaged.
● All accessories and documentation are included.
● The product is in its original packaging.
● Proper packaging is used to avoid damage during transit.

Note: Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund. The customer is responsible for any damages or loss that occur during return shipping if the packaging was verifiably insufficient or inappropriate.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return (e.g., a shipping receipt). We will refund:
● The cost of the returned item.
● Standard delivery costs (if applicable).

In case of a partial withdrawal, you will receive a refund only for the items you returned, along with the proportionate standard delivery costs, if applicable.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Contact us at support@zigbuy.com if this method is no longer available (e.g. closed bank account, expired card) to find an alternative solution.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, the products you wish to return, and (optional) the reason for return.
Our Customer Support will then get back to you within 2 working days with detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address depending on the product.
