We deliver to all EU countries.
Shipping Costs
We deliver orders from a purchase value of 49 € free of charge. For orders under 49 €, we charge shipping costs of 4.99 €.
Shipping Options
Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Available shipping options for your order will be displayed during checkout. We use DHL and DPD for standard deliveries.
Please note that some products are delivered via dropshipping directly from our suppliers or partners, in which case different carriers may be used.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your order (often the same or the next day). The delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2-3 working days but might vary depending on the destination.
Heavy Item Deliveries
For particularly heavy or bulky items, delivery will be arranged via a specialized freight company directly to your designated location. The freight company will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery time. If you are unavailable by phone, you will receive an email requesting that you reach out to schedule the delivery.
Handling Transport Damages
We carefully pack all orders to ensure safe delivery and aim to provide flawless products. However, if your product is damaged during transport, we are here to help. You can reach us quickly and easily through our contact form at the bottom of our website or by emailing us at support@zigbuy.com. Providing the following details will help expedite your request:
- Order Number
- Brief Description of the Damage
- Photos of the Damage and Packaging
- Address where the package can be picked up (if necessary)
- Available weekdays for pickup
Once we receive your report, we will work with the delivery service to investigate and will update you as soon as possible regarding the next steps.
